Cancellation and refunds

Monthly subscriptions: after you request cancellation, you can keep using the service until the current billing period ends; billing stops afterward. The current month's paid usage is not refunded.

Annual billing: canceling mid-term refunds the amount after deducting the period you have used. The exact amount depends on how long you've used the service — send us a request and we'll walk you through it.
