When the camera won't turn on

AR content needs the browser's camera permission. Most camera failures come from a denied permission, or from opening the link in an in-app browser that restricts the camera.

iPhone·iPad (Safari)

  1. Settings app → Safari → Camera → set to "Allow" or "Ask"
  2. Reload the page and choose "Allow" when the permission prompt appears

Android (Chrome)

  1. Tap the lock (site settings) icon in the address bar → Permissions → Camera "Allow"
  2. Phone Settings → Apps → Chrome → Permissions → make sure Camera isn't off
  3. Reload the page

Opened inside KakaoTalk, Instagram or another app

In-app browsers in messengers and SNS apps may restrict camera access. Use the menu (usually top-right) and choose "Open in browser" (Safari/Chrome), then try again.
