When loading is slow

Loading speed is mostly determined by asset size.

  • Uploads are limited to 50 MB per file. Files near the limit still load slowly on mobile networks, so export 3D models with DRACO compression and reduce texture resolution where you can.
  • Resize images to the size at which they are actually displayed.
  • Congested venue Wi-Fi or cellular can slow the first load. Test on the venue's network before the event.
